What ROInmuebles is

ROInmuebles is an online tool for property investors: it calculates the estimated return of buying a home to let or of buying land to build on, and, when you ask it to, it searches for homes for sale in an area of the map to estimate their return.

The results are indicative estimates, not financial, tax, legal or property advice. Before buying, confirm the taxes, the financing and the condition of the property with professionals and with your bank.

Terms of use

By using the website you accept this legal notice and the terms of service. If you take out a paid plan, the payment terms and the refund policy also apply. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

Third-party data

The listings in the yield map come from third-party property portals and are only searched when you ask for it. They may contain errors or no longer be available: always check the original listing, which we link for every home. We don’t store photos or descriptions from the listings.

Intellectual property

The design, texts, logo, software and calculations of ROInmuebles belong to its owner or are used under licence. You may not copy or distribute them, or extract the website’s data in bulk, without written permission. The trade marks of the property portals mentioned belong to their owners and are only named to link to their listings.

We work to make the website run well and the figures correct, but we can’t guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.
